HOW IT WORKS

Know the next step before you start.

A useful first conversation leads to a clear scope, not an unexplained commitment.

1. Describe the need

  • Practice type and the administrative task to improve
  • Roles involved and current approved administrative tools
  • Aggregate task counts and approximate handling time
  • A synthetic example with no patient or clinical details

2. Clarify the fit

We review the information, ask the missing questions, and identify any provider, professional, access, or data-handling dependencies. Do not send sensitive documents through the public form.

3. Define the proposed outcome

  • A non-clinical administrative process map
  • An estimated workload with its assumptions recorded
  • A handoff and exception-ownership checklist
  • Questions about access, vendor responsibilities, and any proposed implementation scope

4. Agree the arrangement

Review a written scope and proposal before work or a provider change. Confirm who does what, how acceptance is checked, and what remains outside the scope.

5. Keep the handoff visible

The enquiry is kept in the shared desk with its brand and project details. Internal ownership, next-action notes, and follow-up dates help track the conversation. This does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
